Pinpoint api setup

Who completes this: Pinpoint Admin - Time required: 5–10 minutes

Technical support needed: None

Step 1: Install the Integration

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations

  2. Click Apps

  3. Search Pinpoint API

  4. Click Add

You will be redirected to the setup page.

Step 2: Create API Key

  1. Click + Create New

  2. Name the key: Levlr

  3. Apply the permissions listed below

  4. Click Create API Key

⚠️ Treat this API key like a password.

Step 3: Set Permissions

Apply the following:

Read Only

  • Access Group

  • Department

  • Division

  • Hiring Workflow

  • Job

  • Talent Pipeline

  • Job Template

  • Location

  • Onboarding Application

  • Position

  • Question

  • Requisition

  • Requisition Template

Read & Write

  • Answer

  • Application

  • Candidate

  • User

  • Write Only

  • Comment

    These permissions are required for the integration to function correctly.

Step 4: Enable the Integration

Return to the Pinpoint API page and toggle the slider from Disabled → Enabled.

✅ Final Step (Important)

Once enabled, securely share the API key with Levlr to complete onboarding.
